The Sanderson Story
Sanderson building tradition was started in 1969 by Robert Sanderson, a third generation El Pasoan, because he saw a need in the El Paso new home market for better quality and customer satisfaction. The Sanderson building tradition has since been handed down to Bryan Sanderson and Brett Sanderson. Bryan and Brett share the same goals towards design, quality of product and customer satisfaction that Robert Sanderson started over thirty years ago. Because of this commitment to our customers, Sanderson Custom Homes is one of the largest, most financially stable, and respected builders in El Paso.
For many, a home is the most important investment we will ever make. Not just in terms of money, but for what it says about who we are as individuals and as members of a community.
At Sanderson Custom Homes, we know the decision to buy a home is much more complex than just finding the best price-per-square foot. It's about Design, not just the design of the home, but also the design of the neighborhood. It's about Quality, which includes customer support in addition to the actual construction of the home. And most of all, it's about Value. We encourage you to have your Realtor run a market analysis on Sanderson resales. We are confident that you will find how Sanderson built homes and neighborhoods are leaders in El Paso's resale community.
People are different and have different needs and desires. So why shouldn't those needs and desires be reflected in the homes that we buy? One floor plan is not going to meet the needs of every family. That's why we have one of the largest active floor-plan selections in El Paso. And to compliment our floor-plans we offer Design Choices. Prior to the start of construction, this allows you to move a window, add a door, expand a room, customize entertainment centers and the list goes on and on. You can even custom design your own home. And because we want your home to be personal and unique to your family, we also provide the services of an Interior Decorator to assist you with your color selection process.
At Sanderson Custom Homes, you will work directly with the owners of the company. Some builders may have their name over the front door, but they never step foot in your home during construction. Sanderson Custom Homes is different, one of the owners will be managing your home site every workday. There will be no red tape from the office to misinterpret your questions. Depending on the stage of construction, you may want to schedule a meeting with the field to review completed work and ask questions. We encourage this practice. We will also give you a complete Walk-Thru of your completed home prior to closing. At this time, you will be shown how everything works, where to find breakers and shut-off valves, and be provided with a phone list of all our major subcontractors and suppliers. This is our way of saying that the people buying the homes should be talking to the people building the homes.
