And to compliment our floor-plans we offer Design Choices. Prior to the start of construction, this allows you to move a window, add a door, expand a room, customize entertainment centers and the list goes on and on. You can even custom design your own home. And because we want your home to be personal and unique to your family, we also provide the services of an Interior Decorator to assist you with your color selection process.
At Sanderson Custom Homes, you will work directly with the owners of the company. Some builders may have their name over the front door, but they never step foot in your home during construction. Sanderson Custom Homes is different, one of the owners will be managing your home site every workday. There will be no red tape from the office to misinterpret your questions. Depending on the stage of construction, you may want to schedule a meeting with the field to review completed work and ask questions. We encourage this practice. We will also give you a complete Walk-Thru of your completed home prior to closing. At this time, you will be shown how everything works, where to find breakers and shut-off valves, and be provided with a phone list of all our major subcontractors and suppliers. This is our way of saying that the people buying the homes should be talking to the people building the homes.
